I’m a 30-year-old mother of two kids with a passion for research. I love listening to people’s experiences and giving intuitive advice. My pregnancies were a decade apart, the second of which was during a pandemic.
Each of my pregnancies gave me two completely different perspectives: my first was a medicated hospital birth where I experienced birthing classes and medical interventions such as episiotomy and my second was an unmedicated home birth where I was isolated from other moms and not allowed to tour hospitals or have my husband attend medical appointments with me in many instances. During the second pregnancy I learned about birth workers, holistic approaches to birth prep, and the power of connecting with your partner and setting intentions during pregnancy. I’ve also experienced very unique situations in pregnancy like hyperemesis gravidarum, Bell’s palsy, hypersalivation and more!
There’s so much that I could list here but the thing that I think qualifies me most to host this retreat is my grounded, deeply maternal, and empathetic energy. What expectant parents need more than anything is someone who understands how they feel and can guide them through this life changing experience.

3 day, 2-night all-inclusive stay at a beautiful home on the shores of South Padre Island. A private chef will cater while we dive into all things pregnancy. Grow your wisdom will relaxing your mind. Activities to include swimming, meditation, yoga, movie screenings, Bon Fire, and of course relaxing on the beach.
